Looking for a Maid for oversea working

I'm looking for a maid who can stay and work together in Japan.
This is an oversea work. The location is Tokyo, Japan.

The house has four room, and we will provide one room for the maid.
Here's the job description below.
- House maid
- Simple cooking
- Main work: Laundry, Dish washing, House cleaning
- Drop/ pick up kids to/ from local nursery
- Feed kids

Requirement
- Female 30-45 years old
- Experience both housekeeping and childcare
- Good personality
- Responsibility for the duty
- Little cooking skill (No matter any cuisine)
- No crime record, not allowed to do any illegal work against Japan law during the free time
- English skill for communication

For the job, I will provide you below:
- Visa sponsor (Helper for high skilled proficiency)
- No duty on Saturday, Sunday, All national holiday
- Working hour will be four hours per day
- Free to find second job in your free time
- 25K PHP or more salary per month (Depend on the skill)
- Roundtrip flight ticket once per a year with two weeks of home coming holiday
